Quality policy
| The Management Board of ZWSE Rzeszów Sp. z o.o. in
Rzeszów has undertaken to continuously verify and fulfill the needs of
our clients. We have achieved this objective as the result of our commissions being executed in accordance with technological principles and conditions included in particular contracts, as well as our care to comply with defined standards during all the stages of the tasks realized by our company. To achieve our goals we apple the Quality Management System included in the Quality Manual, Procedures and Forms which is based on state and European trade standards and regulations and in particular ISO 9001:2008 (Quality management systems - Requirements). This system is constantly improved by means of systematic verification in order to grant its efficiency and to meet the changeable needs of our clients. The person authorize by the President of the Management Board is responsible for the implementation of changes and the supervision of Quality Management System management. |
Thus the declaration made by the President of the Management Board of ZWSE Rzeszów obliges all the employees to perform their duties in accordance with the regulations included in the Quality Manual, Procedures and Forms.
It shall grant the achievement of a particular goal, that is the fulfillment of our clients; expectations and needs, as well as market demands and the establishment of ISO 9001:2009 standards.
The Quality Management System functioning at present shall be improved in the direction of Total Quality Management (TQM).
