- 1 July 1976 - forming ZWSE Rzeszow on the foundations of liquidated Independent Investment Divisions in Rzeszow and ZAmosc indirectly subordinate to the Power Distribution Plant of Eastern District.
- The year 1980 - the change of the Comapany's seat from Lwowska to Przemyslowa Street.
- The year 1985 - reorganization of Eastern District Plants to the Eastern Power Supply District brings about the change of the Company's name from ZWSE Rzeszow to Zakład Budownictwa Energetycznego.
- 1 January1989 - the division of Eastern Power Supply District and the return to the previous name i.e. ZWSE Rzeszów; the Company becomes a fully independent unit. The year 1994 - separation of external branch in Zamosc.
- The year 1995 - purchase of the first set of fitting devices for the assembly of optic fibers.
- 1 November 1999 - privatization of a state company - limited liability company comes into being.
- The year 1999 - obtaining Quality Certification ISO 9001 granted by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH in Munich.
- The year 2001 - - obtaining Environment Management Systems Certification ISO 14001 granted by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH in Munich.
